SAN BERNARDINO MADNESS

About the San Bernardino massacre, I can't help but wonder what it will take for America to act on this repeated theft of human life.  It seems obvious to me that though guns do not kill, in and of themselves, put in the hands of people seeking notoriety, vengeance, terror or the like, guns are taking lives on a daily basis.

One thing for certain, until you are able to read minds, you will never have a clue of thoughts that may be raging in someone else's head.  Which leads me to the conclusion that on some levels it even goes beyond the ownership of guns, it goes to the mental state of Americans in general and as I reflect on this aspect my question becomes:

Why is America so arrogant, what makes them want to kill for reasons not defined beyond this arrogance?

I believe strongly that a society gets the unrest it perpetuates.  Look around you here in America and see the madness that has gotten us to where we are today.  Americans believe in war, discrimination, hate, denial, lies and chaos in their everyday dealings and like a mirror image, those substantial negativities are the things that are reflected back in the actions displayed by its citizens.

What is needed is for more hearts and minds to be changed, yet as simple as that seems it appears, in reality, those are the things that are hardest to change.

Just something to think about!!
